Even tho you are not the chair of this insurance debacle, we are counting on your input in solving this nightmare and stagnator of home sales.
It is obvious after attending various meetings and reading FL papers that Legislators who give PRECISE & INFORMATIVE explanations are needed out there ASAP. There is too much handwringing by state legislators and local officials. The benefit of voting FOR the property tax proposal is not being explained concisely. Nothing is perfect but a "let's do nothing because it is not perfect" is a poor excuse and will overcome doing something if the voting folks do not understand what a 'do nothing' attitude will cost them.
